Toxic communitarianism-using emotions.

Talking about your emotions is difficult when you know that nobody will understand them properly.

More frustrating the situation becomes when emotions become a competition.

I cannot describe in words how much frustrating it is to know that people want to know how you are feeling so that they can divulge that information to somebody else so that that person can use that information.

I hope that rather than stifling your emotions or your communication about them, you block those people out of your life who derive great pleasure in stalking and sharing it in order to fulfil their self-created communitarian fantacies.

When you, your emotions and your mind are strong, you can thrive on your own. Weak people are often found in groups.
