Sometimes you need to focus on where and how you are getting blessed out of nowhere.. like I reduced one inch each from my thighs n tummy in 4-5 days.
Feeling blessed because I ate a lot of sweets n biscuits during this time, and didn’t even exercise too much.

Tomorrow or after reducing more should I update my ways for you all?? I will keep a tally about everything, from every sip of any drink to every paddle on the exercising cycle.
