Do I describe or do I demean?

The reason why I call some things like exercising BASIC? It is called so because it is basic. I used to exercise a lot daily apart from doing other PRODUCTIVE things and earning money and studying. The screenshot above from the last year is just for the example. I used to do a lot of strength training as well like tricep extentions 100 reps with 2 kg dumbell with each arm, 500 tummy twists, 20 planks, 30 squats, 200 arms rotations etc. each in one set every day, apart from cycling 2-3 hours or walking for at least 10,000 steps.

I talk about things and categorise according to My Level of doing things. So, if any insecure person thinks that I do it to demean, it’s that person’s problem and manipulation to show other people that I am the toxic one whereas hiding that person’s own toxicity n manipulation. When I want to DEMEAN AS A REACTION or keep one in one’s place, I do it very openly, exposing myself to open criticism and innuendos of a psychopath narc n flying monkeys.

So keep in mind that what I say is about me n if a psychopath wants to copy and/or compare to provoke me, the reaction will be there. Not always though, because I usually consider such dummies DEAD. The narc who provokes me secretly, do it so to get those reactions or wants to be compared all the time and FAILS in being the better one, then goes on to get some SYMPATHY from others. It’s like either GODLY or POOR VICTIM.

I describe myself authentically be it in anger, love, or any other emotion. I am not fond of being FAKE n HYPOCRITE, nor I can keep such people around nor people who associate with a FAKE n HYPOCRITE.

Do not contain your power !

The worst thing you will do to yourself is to contain your power to soothe other people’s ego. Let them be petty. Let them be miserable. Let them be the complainant. Let them be foolish. Let them be toxic dramatic. Let them be the high-handed in their own world. You can kick their asses without even touching them, just by being yourself, and just by doing you with your whole energy speaking for you. You may think that those you love or loved will appreciate how much you shrink yourself to balm their insecurity and inferiority complexes, but they will not appreciate it. Some of them will say that they never asked you to do so. Some will blame you saying that you could choose different or better. The blame in the end goes to you. Some will say that you did not do enough for them, no matter how tough you were living for them, or they wanted different. How much can you shrink yourself for such thankless petty people?? Why would not you choose yourself rather than those ugly souls?? Hear me clear ! It’s okay to hurt people and be unkind to them if they expect you to contain yourself in a little box, frustrating yourself with all that energy wanting to expand yet trying to explode you in that little space. You do not deserve to explode when you are meant to expand, and trust me, you can expand beyond your own expectations, specially when people around you do not want you to see your worth.

Canny surrender.. #poem #poetry

Heart was talking relentlessly,

Mind made an espionage,

Love was stuck in the lips

Veins were boiling with lustful rage

A moment got snapped in the air, amidst

The ruthless mouth devoured my lips

An hour after hour after hour of canny surrender,

The whole room was filled with the fragrance of love n lust

and our bodies sweaty mist.

Anxiety can be a stuck energy in body. How to tackle with it? (Personal experience)

I want to tell you something about anxiety. Anxiety is stuck in my backbone like it’s my life force and I won’t deny that I have to make movements like a snake or twirk or get patted on my back to shirk off that energy, or I can’t live peacefully for even an hour. Either it acts up in holding me in a loop of doing everything too fast and then in eruption of cranky mood, or I can’t do anything because of it feeling paralysed with over-thinking.

Does anything new happens that creates anxiety?? Yes, sometimes. But sometimes, it’s our old energy stuck inside of us that demands release whereas sometimes, it’s our neural pattern that creates similar anxiety in similar situations we face in the present, and sometimes, it’s our thoughts for the future that invite that energy to the fore because we had suppressed those thoughts about the future in the past and now we have to face them.

So, what can we do about it??

1. MOVE: yeah..Move your body, baby. (😜) any way you can. Play, dance, exercise,etc.

2. WRITE/SPEAK: Write or speak whatever thoughts come to your mind. Just blurt them out. Journal/record audio. After some time, read or listen to them and analyse which thoughts are too repetitive and what are their reasons.

3. GET A MASSAGE: Get a good deep tissue massage to release all that tense energy from your body, so that you don’t have to move like a snake randomly while trying to sleep (😌).

4. HYDRATION/PROPER NUTRITION: Last but not the least, have enough of fluids intake. Eat less sugar and salt. Take your nutrition supplements. Eat balanced diet.

5. RELAX: I just mean DO. NOT. RUSH. about anything. Plan and act on it but do not rush feeling like nothing went right if one out of ten things that you planned to do within a specified time gets a little delayed (One of the main reasons of my anxiety 🙄). Don’t be a control freak even if you want to be the controller of your own life only.

6. LET YOURSELF HEAL: Generally, when you are healing from something (be it anything), anxiety acts up over and over again, no matter how much you have advanced in healing. It’s OK. Nothing is wrong with you, it’s quite normal. Give yourself time, healing is always a long journey, and do try to follow above-mentioned points.

Paintings by Preet (Me)

I drew these paintings with stylus pen using my fingers. The process was too hard to begin with. First of all, I had to pick up my mobile phone which has weight of more than 100 grams. Then I had to get the stylus pen out of the precious mobile phone with my fingers. Then I had to learn how to hold it n point it at the screen. I used an app which is definitely being stalked by an ENVIOUS LOSER, but keeping that aside, I really really had to put too much efforts in selecting the right brush for doing digital painting. OH. MY.GOD ! I had to select the colour red for the apple specifically, because it’s too hard to select a colour for an apple. Isn’t it?? And background?? I hope you would like the beautiful violet/purple background for sure. Purple and red are primarily my favourite colours. And I really, with tooooo much of labour on my soft luscious hand and fragile mind, had to paint it by taking a lot of the time and too much efforts. Ah…..I am dripping with sweat now !! Too much work !! 😂ðŸĪŠ

Sarcasm and jokes apart, It took me about 10-15 minutes for painting both of the digital paintings. Tell me how did you find them both, specially the Apple and how did you find its shading and structure?? I, actually, simply loved it. âĪâĪâĪâĪâĪ

Okay.. I looked hard at the last one, and found out that it needed a little more realistic look and a hint of yellow colour as well to make it look more structured.. I haven’t reached my perfect picture of it yet, but still, I am finding it quite good.. 😀âĪ

CHANGED CRITERIA FOR A LIFE PARTNER.

One thing people don’t get is how much I have changed..and how much my needs around a partner have changed.

If I ever said that I don’t care about looks of my partner, it has changed now. Looks matter a lot to me now. AND anybody wearing a Turban is a big NO. Don’t get offended by this. I have literally nothing against Sikhism. Actually, all the males in my family used to wear a Turban, So I never get attracted to anyone like that. It’s something in-built. It’s a straight turn-off, no matter how good looking, smart and intelligent that guy may be, it will never attract me in the sense of a partner. Plus, I want equally good-looking or at least a smart looking and a fit guy. I am working on my fitness. I look good. I want the same, plain and simple. Attraction is the first thing we need in a long-term partnership, and I would deceive myself and the other person if I would waste time in making anyone comfortable in thinking that I am interested in them or if anyone would try to impose himself on me whom I don’t find attractive. Moreover, I have a particular face type and shape that attracts me a lot. It’s mostly a very masculine type. Sooo, the feminine behaving and long hair types should stay away.

If I ever said that money doesn’t matter, it does now ! I want someone who has more or less equal amount on money in person, and/or regarding family. About 1/3 or 1/4 money can fluctuate being up or down from either side. FYI, my family is already millionaire according to US currency and euros, both. A few DUMBFUCKS who don’t have enough money always think that I am trying to find a millionaire bcz I am gold-digger whereas those dumbfucks are actually the real gold-diggers and I was just looking who actually had more or less similar amount of money. It is required because I want to enjoy my kind of lifestyle with my partner, rather than attracting a gold-digger who doesn’t know how to manage his money or his family business, whatsoever, and would always keep an eye over my money. I don’t want to deplete my sources, I want equal investment from both the sides in everything.

If I ever said that degrees and education does not matter, it matters now. To take one degree, one has to spend years of their life and a hell load of brain power, which, who do not possess them cannot understand. Those dumbfucks actually make joke of the degrees and education just because they themselves could not get them, because these things require more brain and least DRAMA. Believe it or not, formal education really enhances a lot of knowledge and skills. I don’t want any half learned person to be with me to whom I will have to teach the very elementary things that they should have learnt in school or in first degree college. I will frustrate the hell out of me if I would do so. It shows in people’s behaviour how well educated they are. Also, it shows the most when you hold a one-to-one conversation with them how highly educated they are. Many fail at even one good conversation. I don’t want to be with someone with whom I cannot even talk on my areas of interest i.e. law, psychology, science, geography and/or political science (remember political science, Not Politics. There is a big difference between the two). He may be educated in any stream but should be well-educated and well-qualified, otherwise, there is a big NO.

Apart from that I want a good family of in-laws who are not backward that they think that my would-be husband would be having an upper hand over me. I want a family that would treat us both more or less equally. I get that initially every family is cautious with a new member’s arrival in their family and cannot trust completely and it takes a lot of adjustments to reach a place of equality with their son for their daughter-in-law. But, there is a big difference between making adjustments and their decisions being pressed upon me all the time. I love my freedom. Compromises can be made but I will not give upon my basic nature ever.

Other things-behaviour, trust, love, and loyalty, I have talked about them a lot of the times.

Yeah, last but not the least, I want someone well-mannered and that who does not taunt underhandedly through his good manners. That shit really gets on my nerves when someone tries to sound smart but really is not. Good manners and straight talk will always beget the same from my side and I won’t settle for less than that. Elegance looks good on me, and I want the same from my partner, and not much diversion from that in both of our behaviour.
