How to buy products- Personal overview based on experience.

How I do prefer to buy products in any category is something I want to describe in this blog. To begin with, I am really well balanced between thrifty and extravagant whdn it comes to spending money. If something of good quality is available and can be bought in Rs. 10, I won’t buy it from a costly brand for Rs. 100 only because I have money; and, if something is available for Rs. 1000 in the market and I don’t like its quality, I’ll buy the similar thing for Rs. 10,000 which is of good quality, I won’t buy a product of lesser cost just because it is available in the market and everyone is buying it.

You can see people generally going with the crowd when it comes to purchasing products, it’s never the same with me. I do not like to follow the crowd and I won’t even buy something just because someone said that it’s a good one and recommended it to me. I do my own research before buying anything and I don’t buy things until and unless I absolutely need them. Yes, there are very few exceptions to this rule of necessity in my life, and those are some things that I really want(ed) to purchase, be it any luxurious product or productive ones. Also, when it comes to the technological productive items like mobile or laptop, I really don’t like to compromise at any level. My first step in buying those products is to search for the topmost three models available in the market at that time alongwith with the top-level products about to be released shortly during that time. Then I search various techie geek websites to compare their specifications, and then, I buy the best one available. I hate to buy just ‘any level’ mobile or laptop from a costly brand, because honestly, the lower level product of costly brands have very mediocre specifications, and if you search well enough, you can find much better products in the same range of cost from an economic brand or say, a not-so-costly brand. So, it’s never a good deal to buy something outdated just to show-off that you bought it from such a costly brand. Here, I am pointing out mainly at Samsung and Apple products. I would never buy a Samsung laptop or Any Macbook. They have amazing specifications but Dell most of the times provide better quality anf better specifications than both of them and many other brands if you buy their High-End Laptop in a few given series of laptops. When it comes to choosing between Samsung and iphone, I prefer Samsung’s high-end mobile, as I have a special affiliation towards its Note Series. I just cannot do well with any other mobile, be it of any brand, or even any other series of samsung itself.

Okay, so the point is, do compare the quality and specifications of products before buying them, brands really do not matter, your requirements shall be met after buying that product and the cost of the product shall be reasonable according to its productivity and quality(including technical specifications), otherwise it’s more of a show piece that an actual device for you.

Paintings by Preet (Me)

I drew these paintings with stylus pen using my fingers. The process was too hard to begin with. First of all, I had to pick up my mobile phone which has weight of more than 100 grams. Then I had to get the stylus pen out of the precious mobile phone with my fingers. Then I had to learn how to hold it n point it at the screen. I used an app which is definitely being stalked by an ENVIOUS LOSER, but keeping that aside, I really really had to put too much efforts in selecting the right brush for doing digital painting. OH. MY.GOD ! I had to select the colour red for the apple specifically, because it’s too hard to select a colour for an apple. Isn’t it?? And background?? I hope you would like the beautiful violet/purple background for sure. Purple and red are primarily my favourite colours. And I really, with tooooo much of labour on my soft luscious hand and fragile mind, had to paint it by taking a lot of the time and too much efforts. Ah…..I am dripping with sweat now !! Too much work !! 😂🤪

Sarcasm and jokes apart, It took me about 10-15 minutes for painting both of the digital paintings. Tell me how did you find them both, specially the Apple and how did you find its shading and structure?? I, actually, simply loved it. ❤❤❤❤❤

Okay.. I looked hard at the last one, and found out that it needed a little more realistic look and a hint of yellow colour as well to make it look more structured.. I haven’t reached my perfect picture of it yet, but still, I am finding it quite good.. 😀❤
