I have thought about posting every week, once or twice, A Self-Appreciation Post(s).
I would like to create prompts regarding that. The topics may vary every time.
You are invited to join in and appreciate yourself as much as you want and share that with others.
The reason behind doing it is that Self-Appreciation boosts one’s Self-Confidence. In the daily hassles of life, we often forget to give credits to ourselves, and guess what, others are also busy, so we don’t get praise or credits from them as well. I think it’s a good idea that we start appreciating ourselves as much as we do others. There is no unhealthy ego in that, unless one is boasting about oneself as the most superior person present among others. We all shall pat our shoulders from time to time, and even if we can do that silently, then why not openly and in clear words?? Would you think how people would judge you then?? I think that mentally healthy people would love that i.e. you knowing your worth and being vocal about it.
