    one shade of heart.
    Shining like an insect wing,
    a clockwork insect carapace…
    glowing like a plankton jewel on the tide…
    like a sunset,
    floating,
    sliding home…
    Five shades of beautiful,
    one shade of soul.
    One shade of rainbow,
    merging and weaving behind your eyes –

    the colour of fingers,
    dancing
    with a world,
    aching for a hand it can believe in…

    a colour it can hold.
